This is the first time i’ve made gnocchi. They were good. But not spectacular. Next time i make them i’m going to experiment on the shape. Also? I need a potato ricer. I actually ‘riced’ the potatoes through a sieve and when that didnt work the way i wanted it to i scooped it into a ball and grated the soft potato on the second lighted grater setting.
