I’m only 1/3 of the way through My Vue but i’ve already fallen head over heels in love with Shannon Bennett. He trained under John Burton Race and Marco Pierre White and has one of the highest (currently the highest) regarded restaurants in Melbourne. It is currently restaurant of the year according to The Age. It really does make me feel somewhat elated just to know we have someone like that cooking in our city. And he’s a Westmeadows boy! And used to be a model. Haha.He’s brilliant. Seriously. It’s inspiring.
