Today i made Thomas Keller’s sugar cookies for the kids from the book Bouchon. I think my gramma’s scales were out of whack because there didnt seem to be enough butter. Oh well. Now that i’ve tested it i know how to adjust it.
These would be great with some interesting cookie cutters. They’re so simple and they’re not overly sweet.
